We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team. In this role, you'll provide community-based psychiatric nursing services to adults living with serious mental illness while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team dedicated to promoting recovery and independence.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate medical care and annual health evaluations for ACT clients.
  • Administer injectable psychotropic medications under psychiatric direction.
