As an ACSR, you will play an important role in supporting our clients and insurance team. You will assist with day-to-day client service needs, respond to policy-related inquiries, process service requests, maintain accurate client records, and help ensure every client receives professional and timely service.

What You'll Do


  • Handle inbound client calls and provide professional, friendly, and knowledgeable service.
  • Respond to client questions regarding policies, billing, documents, certificates, and general service requests.
  • Assist with policy changes, updates, endorsements, cancellations, renewals, and other service-related requests.
  • Process and follow up on client requests accurately and promptly.
  • Prepare and provide insurance documents, policy information, certificates, and other requested documentation.
  • Communicate with insurance carriers and underwriters when necessary to resolve client service needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in agency management systems.
  • Document client interactions and service activities accurately.
  • Follow up with clients and carriers on outstanding requests.
  • Assist Account Managers and Producers with administrative and customer service tasks.
  • Identify client concerns and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member.
  • Follow Klinger Insurance Group's procedures, service standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain a professional and positive client experience on every interaction.
  • Meet established productivity, quality, attendance, and service-level expectations.

Requirements

  • Previous US insurance experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience as an ACSR, CSR, Account Manager Assistant, Insurance Service Representative, or similar insurance position is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Personal Lines and/or Commercial Lines insurance is preferred.
  • Strong written and spoken English.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple client requests.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.
  • Comfortable working with insurance systems, agency management systems, email, and other technology.
  • Ability to work US business hours (EST).
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Must be willing and able to work full-time in our office.
  • Reliable transportation to and from the office.
  • Previous experience working in a professional office environment is preferred.
