  • Define and monitor success measures tied to employee outcomes and deal objectives.

What You Bring
M&A Integration Expertise: 10+ years leading M&A integrations, transformations, or complex enterprise initiatives in a high-tech or similarly complex environment and the consistent track record to translate strategy into execution and measurable business outcomes.
Leadership & Influence: Proven success leading large cross-functional initiatives without formal authority. Strong influencing skills coupled with the capacity to align partners and drive decisions at senior levels.

Thoughtful judgment and discretion when handling confidential information, sensitive employee matters, and executive communications. Agility in adapting plans and priorities in fast paced environments. Experience managing competing priorities, navigating ambiguity, and making thoughtful trade-off decisions.
Who You Are
  • A strategic problem solver who can also shift to hands-on execution when needed.
  • A positive relationship builder who earns credibility quickly.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and leading through change.
