Responsibilities:
โ€ข Partner with Human Resources and business leaders to understand requirements and deliver actionable workforce insights.
โ€ข Lead the development of self-service analytics capabilities, enabling users to independently explore data and generate insights.
โ€ข Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all business intelligence solutions, maintaining high standards for governance and quality.
โ€ข Monitor business intelligence solution performance, gather user feedback, and implement enhancements for continuous improvement.
โ€ข Manage and mentor a team of business intelligence professionals, fostering collaboration and professional growth.

Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field.
