Job description

Acquisition Network is a social marketplace and service that helps everyday investors to buy companies faster without doing the work. The opportunity is to become an Acquisition Consultant, where we teach you how to replicate our profitable seven-figure M&A advisory firm. You learn how to complete transactions on behalf of our network of investors, earning you 5% equity for completing these deals without contributing credit or capital.


We will give you direct access to our proprietary software, our network of lenders, and our proven marketing recruiting channels used to build our seven-figure M&A advisory firm and complete 12 acquisitions so far this year. We have more than 21 companies under LOI and 85 counting paid investors that paid us $35,000 to $50,000 to close and 20% equity to manage.


Role Description The Acquisition Consultant role is a remote, contract position focused on guiding buyers through the company acquisition process. On a day-to-day basis, the consultant evaluates potential deals, conducts basic financial and operational analysis, and supports due diligence activities. The role includes advising clients on acquisition strategies, coordinating communications between parties, and ensuring that timelines and milestones are clearly defined and met. Consultants also help prepare and review documentation, summarize key deal points, and provide structured feedback to both buyers and sellers. In addition, the role may involve participating in the educational program, applying its frameworks to real transactions, and contributing insights to improve platform processes and client experience.


Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess business performance, identify risks, and support data-informed recommendations.
  • Knowledge of Acquisitions and transaction processes, including basic deal structuring and due diligence concepts.
  • Effective Communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and build trust with buyers and sellers.
  • Consulting experience or aptitude for advisory work, client relationship management, and solution-focused problem solving.
  • Program Management capabilities to coordinate multiple stakeholders, track deal progress, and manage timelines and deliverables.
  • Familiarity with business fundamentals, such as financial statements, valuation basics, and operational drivers.
  • Comfort working independently in a remote environment, with strong organization and self-management skills.
  • Prior experience in M&A, investment, entrepreneurship, or business consulting is beneficial but not required.
  • Relevant education in business, finance, economics, or a related field is advantageous; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
