Land Acquisition Specialist

Portland, OR

Our client, a residential developer, is looking for a Land Acquisition Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will focus on identifying and acquiring undeveloped land, finished lots, and occupied parcels while working closely with property owners, brokers, land developers, city officials, and other key parties.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in land acquisition who enjoys building relationships, evaluating development opportunities, and managing multiple priorities.

Land Acquisition Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate potential land acquisition opportunities.
  • Research property ownership, title, and municipal requirements.
  • Meet with property owners and representatives to discuss potential acquisitions.
  • Prepare property summaries, letters of intent, and purchase agreements.
  • Analyze the financial potential of prospective development sites.
  • Maintain relationships with brokers, landowners, developers, and city officials.
  • Assist with purchase negotiations and coordinate acquisition activities.
  • Travel as needed, including occasional overnight trips.

Land Acquisition Specialist Qualifications:
