Summary

The Legal Talent Acquisition Assistant, in collaboration with and in support of the firm's strategic initiatives, will work closely with the talent acquisition team to provide the needed clerical and administrative support on recruitment activities.
Location

This position can sit in our Chicago, Atlanta, Austin, Boston, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, Palo Alto, Philadelphia, San Diego, San Francisco, Seattle, or Washington, DC office and offers a hybrid work schedule.
Responsibilities

  • Develop and update job postings.

  • Coordinate student interviews nationally including resume review, scheduling, travel arrangements, and related logistics.

  • Maintain and track applicant information.

  • Facilitate and oversee due diligence process.

  • Assist with executing on campus events.

  • Support the national summer program including drafting communications, orientation, and compiling evaluations.

  • Provide administrative support including expense reports and data entry.

Desired Skills

Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills required to interact with staff on a regular basis. Strong organizational and time management skills necessary to coordinate various programs and meet deadlines. Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Minimum Education

Physical Demands

The firm's expected hiring range for this position is$26.60 - $40.69 per hour depending on the candidate's geographic market location. Non-exempt positions will be paid on an hourly basis and paid overtime in accordance with applicable laws.

The compensation offered for employment will also be dependent on other factors including the candidate's experience, skills, educational and professional background, and overall qualifications. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits, including medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k).
