Job description

Assignment Associate I

Accurate Group is seeking an Assignment Associate to join our growing team. The Assignment Associate is responsible for utilizing appropriate tools to allocate orders to panel members while ensuring adherence to client requirements and service levels.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Use proprietary system and scoring methods to locate qualified appraisers and agents to complete orders. Once a vendor is located, the order must be assigned and documented.
  • Utilize various methods to communicate eligible orders to vendors, including but not limited to system integrations, email, text, call, etc.
  • Ensure orders are documented with all assignment attempts.
  • Ensure that orders assigned with attention the following elements: COG (cost of goods sold), timeliness, quality, etc.
  • Assist in handling conditional acceptance scenarios where vendors are able to accept orders but with a change to the normal conditions (fee, turn time, etc).
  • All other duties as assigned.

Successful candidates will have the following proven skills:

  • High School diploma is required or general education degree (GED)
  • Ideal candidate has a strong customer service background with strong communication skills
  • Problems solving skills, ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment is a must.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Job Type: Full-time/Remote

Salary: $19.00- $21.00 an hour

Schedule: Monday -Friday (8-hour shifts)
