Perfect Pitch Roofing & Exteriors, Inc. is a veteran-owned, community-focused roofing and exteriors contractor serving the greater St. Louis area. We pride ourselves on integrity, quality workmanship, and exceptional customer service.


Position: Sales Manager


Location


Eureka, MO (serving St. Louis County, Jefferson County, St. Charles County, Franklin County, and surrounding areas)


Key Responsibilities

  •  Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual revenue goals
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for residential and commercial roofing, exteriors, gutters, and siding
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, lead qualification, presentations, proposals, closing, and post-sale follow-up
  • Oversee sales pipeline and CRM usage (Acculynx, Google Drive)
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, insurance agents, and local partners
  • Support marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns and community outreach
  • Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and ongoing training
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA standards, and local regulations
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and mentoring new sales staff
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to leadership


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in roofing, construction, or related industries
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Acculynx preferred), Google Drive, and basic math
  • Knowledge of local market and community involvement is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
