Job Title: Accounts Payable Manager
Location: Hollywood, FL (in office)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Manager to oversee the full AP function across multiple facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skilled nursing (SNF) operations, with hands-on experience managing high-volume AP processes, vendor relationships, and payment workflows in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day Accounts Payable operations across multiple facilities

  • Review, approve, and ensure accurate coding and processing of high-volume vendor invoices

  • Manage and execute weekly and monthly payment runs (checks, ACH, wires)

  • Supervise and support AP staff, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and accountability

  • Reconcile vendor statements and proactively resolve discrepancies

  • Maintain organized, audit-ready AP records and documentation

  • Partner with facility and corporate teams to ensure proper approvals and expense tracking

  • Support month-end and year-end close processes, including accruals

  • Assist with audits and provide all required AP documentation

  • Identify and implement process improvements and internal controls

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience within skilled nursing facilities (SNF) required

  • Prior experience in an AP leadership or supervisory role preferred

  • Strong knowledge of QuickBooks (QB) or similar accounting systems
