What you'll do: Compiles and maintains accounts payable records by performing the following duties:

  • Embraces and actively demonstrates R&R Realty Group’s core values.
  • Scans, indexes and converts invoices into Yardi. 
  • Prepares accounts payable checks.
  • Prints all accounts payable reports and maintains all accounts payable files.
  • Resolves vendor related issues with invoicing. 
  • Provide phone back up assistance to the receptionist when needed.

What it takes to join our team: Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
