Job description

Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk
Department: Accounting
Reports to: Controller
Location: 140 S. Broad Street Philadelphia, PA 19102
Description: We are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to assist our Accounts Payable Specialist with invoice data entry, filing, and mailing.
Responsibilities:
  • Records invoices accurately into the Accounts Payable system for all entities
  • Files invoices and vendor payment support
  • Assist the Accounts Payable Specialist with retrieving invoices for weekly check runs
  • Mails checks to vendors weekly
  • Conducts periodic reviews of vendor statements against open invoices in the accounting system
  • Answers emails and phone calls
  • Utilizes the shared drive to retrieve, print, and post invoices for the dining and golf departments.

Skills and Requirements:
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Team oriented and collaborative

Hours: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 9:00AM - 5:00PM
