Job description

Our client is seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant in Grapevine, TX to support the timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and payments. Responsibilities include receiving, reviewing, and coding invoices in the accounting system; preparing and scheduling payments; maintaining vendor records; and resolving invoice discrepancies. This role will also assist with reconciling accounts payable transactions, supporting month-end close activities, generating reports, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and financial procedures. The Accounts Payable Assistant plays a key role in maintaining positive vendor relationships and supporting the overall efficiency of the finance department.

Requirements:

  • Must have 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience
  • Degree is preferred


Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
