Job Title: Commercial Lines CSR | Small Business to Middle Market Clients

Location: Pensacola FL -Flexible (Fully Remote with Occasional Office Visits)
Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000 (Varies with experience, training, and qualifications)

About the Position: Join our dynamic team as a Commercial Lines Account Manager, where you'll be the cornerstone of our client relations, especially in the small business to middle market sector. This role is ideal for those who prefer the flexibility of remote work, with occasional visits to our office to stay connected and engaged.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Oversee a dedicated portfolio of commercial clients, ensuring exceptional service from policy initiation to renewal. This includes managing documentation such as binders, certificates, and policy proposals within set timelines.
  • Consultation & Relationship Building: Engage in consultative discussions with commercial clients, fostering strong relationships with both clients and carriers.
  • Renewals & Marketing: Handle renewals, including obtaining quotes and completing renewal processes. Prepare marketing submissions for existing clients as required.
  • Sales Opportunities: Identify and act on cross-sell and up-sell opportunities in line with client needs.
  • Diverse Role Expansion: Embrace additional responsibilities and opportunities for growth within the team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in customer service or account management within the insurance industry.
  • Licensing: Property/Casualty License is essential.
  • Knowledge: Profound understanding of insurance products, documents, and their applications.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with Applied/EPIC or AMS360 is an advantage.
  • Independence & Teamwork: Ability to excel both independently and as part of a team.
  • Education: Openness to ongoing learning, with a college degree or equivalent industry designations being advantageous.
  • Adaptability: Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
