Position Overview

We are seeking an Account Manager (Inside Sales) to take ownership of an existing book of business while actively driving new sales opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who is customer-focused but also motivated to grow revenue, expand relationships, and identify new opportunities.

This is a high-impact, execution-focused role that combines account management, inside sales, and business development. The position offers a competitive base salary plus commission, rewarding strong performance and contribution to overall sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow an existing portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring strong relationships and high retention
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely responses to inquiries, quotes, and orders
  • Proactively identify opportunities to increase revenue through crossโ€‘selling, upselling, and reโ€‘engaging inactive accounts
  • Generate new business through outbound outreach, followโ€‘ups, and relationship development
  • Own the full sales cycle for inside accountsโ€”from initial inquiry through quote, order, and followโ€‘up
  • Partner closely with outside sales and operations teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction
  • Track and manage sales activity, pipeline, and performance against targets nl
