Title: Accounts Manager( AEP- Authorized Ecommerce Partner)

Overview

We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and relationship- driven Authorized Ecommerce Partner Accounts Manager to lead and grow our high- value AEP (Authorized Ecommerce Partner) channel. In this role, you will manage our exclusive network of top physician-dispensed practices (~100 AEPs) that sell skinbetter science products directly through their practice's owned .com ecommerce platforms.

You will own the foundational business groundwork—including financial analysis, data tracking, forecasting, and commercial growth strategies—while acting as a dedicated commercial and marketing partner to our top ~10 priority accounts. For these elite partners, you will spearhead bespoke marketing support, custom email campaigns, sampling programs, joint promotional planning, and high-impact digital partnerships to drive mutual revenue and elevate the brand's luxury digital presence.

Key Responsibilities AEP Program Strategy & Business Management
  • Manage the end-to-end commercial relationship, business health, and revenue growth of our curated network of top AEP’s (~100 providers)
  • Perform regular business reviews, sales tracking, trend analysis, and inventory forecasting to identify growth opportunities and optimize product assortments across AEP e-commerce sites
  • Commercial Guidelines: Establish best practices, operational standards, and digital compliance guidelines to ensure these physician-owned .com sites align with skinbetter science’s luxury, medical-grade positioning.
  • Strategically develop, manage, and optimize the AEP marketing calendar, ensuring seamless 360-degree support and cross-functional alignment for all quarterly initiatives to maximize program visibility and impact.
  • Oversee the creation and management of comprehensive educational materials for internal and external teams, ensuring content effectiveness and consistency.
  • Translate data into strategic ideas, identify growth opportunities, and proactively pitch marketing and activation concepts based on those insights.
  • Brand Governance & Policy Enforcement: Monitor and audit online sales channels and e-commerce platforms (Crawler) to identify unauthorized sellers and MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) violations.
  • Reporting & Insights: Track violation trends and maintain documentation of enforcement actions to safeguard the brand's digital ecosystem and market integrity.
Tailored Marketing & Growth for Top Accounts (~10 Priority Partners )
  • White glove support with high touch marketing support for our top ~10 high-volume AEP accounts
  • Collaborate with AEPs to design and execute custom digital initiatives and promotional calendar alignment including targeted e-comm promotions, exclusive sampling programs, custom email campaigns, and co-branded assets.
  • Drive joint business planning to maximize site visibility, conversion, and loyalty
Cross Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with the US Creative team & Marketing to ensure AEP strategies are aligned to national priorities and AEPs have access to assets
  • Partner with respective ABMs (Aesthetic Business Managers) and CADs (Corporate Account Directors) where needed who manage the AEP account
  • Work hand-in-hand with field sales representatives to identify rising AEP stars, onboard new digital partners smoothly, and share best practices across the network.
  • Partner closely with Better Connect affiliate program lead, helping upkeep program marketing and training materials
  • Partner with Sales, Legal, and E-commerce teams to report violations, issue takedown notices, and enforce brand protection policies.
Qualifications
  • Experience :4–6+ years of experience in e-commerce key account management, digital marketing, or commercial sales (beauty, luxury, or medical-grade/skincare background strongly preferred).
  • Analytical Acumen :Strong financial and commercial aptitude; highly proficient in analyzing e-commerce metrics (conversion rates, basket size, traffic, sell-through data) to build actionable business plans.
  • Relationship Builder :Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills; able to build trusted advisory relationships with medical professionals, physicians, and key business owners.
  • Marketing Savvy :Demonstrated experience planning digital promotions, managing email/sampling strategies, and executing co-op marketing or partnership activations.
  • Self-Starter: Highly organized, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to balance high-level strategic analysis with hands-on marketing execution for top-tier partners .
  • Self-Management & Organization : Highly organized and self-directed with excellent time management skills.
  • Communication & Customer Service :Exceptional written and verbal communication skills coupled with a strong customer service orientation.

Salary Range

Salary Range: 92,000-128,000 Base + bonus
