  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable management, ensuring timely processing of invoices, payments, and collections using software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage.
  • Perform data entry tasks with precision, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger updates aligned with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes by preparing balance sheet reconciliations and verifying account accuracy through detailed account analysis.
  • Help maintain compliance with SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) controls by documenting procedures and supporting internal audits.
  • Manage payroll processing using systems like ADP, Paychex, or UltiPro while ensuring accuracy in employee hours, deductions, and tax filings.
