  • Contribute ideas that improve processes and enhance the client experience
  • Build a strong foundation for future career growth within our Client Accounting Services team
What You'll Do

  • Support the Client Accounting Services Manager with client engagements and ongoing accounting projects
  • Maintain accurate books and records using QuickBooks Online
  • Process accounts payable and manage electronic bill payments using Bill
  • Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and supporting schedules
  • Assist clients with accounting questions and help resolve day-to-day issues
  • Utilize Excel, accounting technology, AI tools, and automation to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Support workflow management, special projects, and continuous process improvements
What You'll Bring

  • 3–5 years of bookkeeping, client accounting, or accounting support experience
  • Experience with QuickBooks Online required
  • Strong Excel skills and comfort learning new technology and AI tools
  • Experience with Bill.com or similar AP automation software is a plus
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client priorities
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
  • A desire to learn, grow, and build long-term client relationships
Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field is a plus, but not required
Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $50,000–$60,000, based on experience.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:

  • Hybrid schedule (3 days in office / 2 days remote)
