Fast paced full service Accounting firm, seeks driven, multi tasking individual to join our growing, fast paced firm based in Southern Colorado. We are 6 years old and growing clients and talent!

Must have multi tasking skills with accuracy and detail orientation. We would like to seek Candidate who wishes to grow in and with the company! The CEO/Owner offers bonuses, growth and attenntativeness to the team and their drive to be and see growth in all areas!

The abiity to pass a full background check and initiate a rock solid NDA/Confidentiality agreement a requirement.

  • Intuit Payroll experience (preferred)
  • Excel knowledgeable

Job Description:

  • Handling clients accounting work (beginning to reporting) in a multitude of industries.
  • Maintaining or Setting up new payroll clients in Intuit Payroll and QB.
  • Maintaining Payrolls with current clients
  • Process accurate Quarterly payroll returns with excellent customer communication skills that represent the Vision of the company.
  • QB Desktop/QBO: Entering transactions, recon, maintaining clean chart of accounts, billing, invoicing, making deposits... etc
  • Willingness to grow with growing company
  • In depth record keeping and bookkeeping.
  • Other duties as assigned.
