Our client, a growing and well-established construction company, is seeking a Controller ready to take the next step in their career. Reporting to the CFO, this role offers the opportunity to own the accounting function, partner with operations, and help drive the financial success of the business.


Responsibilities

  • Manage month-end close and financial reporting
  • Oversee general ledger, reconciliations, and cash management
  • Support job costing, project accounting, and WIP reporting
  • Monitor AP, AR, billing, collections, and payroll processes
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis
  • Coordinate audit, tax, and compliance activities
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and internal controls
