Accounting Manager
Seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to support a fast-growing, multi-division organization. This role leads day-to-day accounting operations, ensures accurate financial reporting, maintains strong accounting processes and controls, and partners closely with the CFO and operations team to support financial discipline and organizational growth.
This is a hands-on role for a seasoned accounting professional who can operate independently with minimal training, improve processes, and serve as a key contributor in building scalable financial operations.
What You'll Own
  • Month-end and year-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting support
  • General ledger integrity, accounting accuracy, and operational accounting processes
  • Oversight of AP, AR, payroll processes, and cash activity
  • Construction accounting, job costing, WIP reporting, and profitability analysis
  • Accounting systems, workflow improvements, and process optimization
  • Internal controls, SOPs, audit support, and compliance processes
  • Financial analysis, budgeting support, and special projects

What We're Looking For
  • 8-12+ years of progressive accounting experience
  • Accounting Manager, Assistant Controller, Senior Accountant, or similar background
  • Strong GAAP, financial reporting, reconciliation, and close process experience
  • Construction accounting experience, including job costing and WIP reporting, is a plus
  • Experience with ERP/accounting systems and process improvement
  • CPA preferred
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and drive improvements with minimal oversight
