Title: Accounting Manager

Salary: $120,000-$140,000 + discretionary bonus

Location: Greater Boston, mostly remote work schedule

• Independently own accounting processes including month-end close, financial reporting, AP, AR, payroll, and reconciliation.
• oversee inventory accounting and intercompany transactions.
• Provide financial reporting and analysis.
• Emphasis on ERP optimization and business process improvement.

Accounting Manager Qualifications:
• 3+ years of progressive as a Senior Accountant or Accounting manager in an organization with less than $50M annual revenue.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, month-end close, and financial reporting.
