Job Description
We are always looking for talented self-starters to add to our team. Currently, we are searching for a detail-oriented, self-motivated individual to fill the role of Accounting Clerk. A qualified candidate will be expected to:
  • Handle daily deposits with accuracy
  • Process all POs and invoices in a timely manner
  • Perform general ledger reconciliation
  • Review expenses and make corrections as needed
  • Confirm all inventory has been paid off
  • Perform monthly end checklist
  • Other tasks as assigned by Office Manager
