Job description

Accounting Assistant

Champlain Valley Equipment is seeking a highly motivated and independent self-starter to work as an  Accounting Assistant in a fast-paced corporate office.  Duties include performing daily accounting tasks that will support our financial team, such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, reconciliation of accounts, filing and miscellaneous projects.  Knowledge of Excel is a plus and attention to detail and accuracy a must. This position is full time with benefits, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, clothing allowance, life insurance, and more!

Must Haves

Qualified candidates will have strong accounting skills, fundamental computer skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think independently.  Experience is preferred, but we are happy to train the right person!
