We are looking for a motivated, hands-on Accounting Manager who is eager to grow, improve processes, and make an impact across the organization.


The Accounting Manager will support the CFO in overseeing accounting operations, financial reporting, ERP systems (Acumatica), and process improvement initiatives. This role is ideal for a driven professional who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, and helping modernize financial operations.


This position oversees accounting staff and administrative personnel while partnering cross-functionally to improve reporting accuracy, workflows, and operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, reconciliations, and financial reporting
  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Prepare and review financial statements and management reports
  • Perform variance analysis and identify trends and opportunities
  • Serve as the internal lead for Acumatica ERP support and process improvements
  • Help streamline and modernize accounting workflows and reporting
  • Support audit preparation and strengthen internal controls
  • Supervise and mentor accounting and adminstrative staff
  • Partner with operational teams to improve financial processes and reporting accuracy

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 3-8+ years of accounting or finance experience
  • Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills
  • Experience with ERP systems preferred (Acumatica a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Self-starter mentality with a willingness to learn and improve processes
