Become a Key Player as an Accounting Analyst 4

You will support month-end and quarter-end accounting processes to ensure accurate financial reporting and forecasts. You will work closely with finance partners across JAPAC and EMEA and with payroll and reconciliation stakeholders to resolve accounting differences and improve processes. This is a Hybrid role working with a distributed team.

Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact on the Team
  • Prepare and post journal entries in SAP and support GL transactional activities for JAPAC and EMEA
  • Prepare and upload account reconciliations in AssureNet and perform manual clearing of payroll-related bank transactions
  • Prepare monthly accrual worksheets, cash forecasts, and perform monthly reviews of accruals and prepaid expenses
  • Participate in month- and quarter-end close activities with a focus on compensation accounting (payroll, PTO, benefits, bonuses, relocation, commissions, etc.) in accordance with U.S. GAAP
  • Provide flux analysis commentary for compensation accruals and expense amounts
  • Assist with UAT over system-driven General Ledger coding and support quarterly and annual audits as needed
  • Leverage AI and automation tools to optimize reconciliation processes and reduce recurring reconciling items
  • Support ad hoc projects and analyses and provide accurate accounting information for decision making
Here’s What You’ll Need to Be Successful in This Role
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • 6–9 years of accounting experience
  • Proven work experience in accounting and solid understanding of U.S. GAAP
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail, organized, and methodical problem-solving approach

Pay Range
