Bond Consultants is a dynamic recruitment firm which provides professional employment services to many people with different backgrounds and skills. One of our clients, a manufacturing company, is looking for an administration assistant.
THE RESPONSIBITIES FOR THIS POSITION INCLUDE:
- Accounting
- A) Check expense reports from employees and upload them to an account system.
- B) Check invoices from vendors and to an accounting system.
- C) Check production amounts to customers every month.
- D) Issue billing invoices to customers.
- Logistics/Inventory Management
- A) Inventory Management of the parts at the office. Account them at the end of the month.
- B) Inventory Management of the parts at contracted warehouses
- C) Preparation documents for incoming shipments from Japan.
- D) Preparation documents for outgoing shipments from vendors and contracted warehouses.
- E) Preparation documents for outgoing shipments for customers.
- F) Issue POs of chemicals and parts to vendors.
- G) Issue POs of parts and equipment to the parent company.
- General Affair
- A) Receive packages and mail.
- B) Drop packages envelopers to USPS, UPS and FedEx.
- C) Take company cars to a car dealer for maintenance.
- D) Booth Material preparation for trade shows.
- E) Maintain office supplies.
- F) Contact to government, and/or utility companies.
- G) Other administrative duties as assigned.

- Bachelors Degree
