Bond Consultants is a dynamic recruitment firm which provides professional employment services to many people with different backgrounds and skills. One of our clients, a manufacturing company, is looking for an administration assistant.

THE RESPONSIBITIES FOR THIS POSITION INCLUDE:

  • Accounting
    • A) Check expense reports from employees and upload them to an account system.
    • B) Check invoices from vendors and to an accounting system.
    • C) Check production amounts to customers every month.
    • D) Issue billing invoices to customers.
  • Logistics/Inventory Management
    • A) Inventory Management of the parts at the office. Account them at the end of the month.
    • B) Inventory Management of the parts at contracted warehouses
    • C) Preparation documents for incoming shipments from Japan.
    • D) Preparation documents for outgoing shipments from vendors and contracted warehouses.
    • E) Preparation documents for outgoing shipments for customers.
    • F) Issue POs of chemicals and parts to vendors.
    • G) Issue POs of parts and equipment to the parent company.
  • General Affair
    • A) Receive packages and mail.
    • B) Drop packages envelopers to USPS, UPS and FedEx.
    • C) Take company cars to a car dealer for maintenance.
    • D) Booth Material preparation for trade shows.
    • E) Maintain office supplies.
    • F) Contact to government, and/or utility companies.
    • G) Other administrative duties as assigned.
