The workforce is highly skilled and consists of application consultants, software engineers, and networking engineers located throughout the U.S.
Professional Services Accountant (Analyst)
As a Professional Services Analyst, you will support the management of project operations, including project setup, time entry review, and invoice processing. You will work closely with senior team members to ensure efficient project profitability tracking, assist with utilization reporting, and manage cross-charge services and subcontractor time entries.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the setup of new projects in project management systems.
  • Review and monitor time entries to ensure accuracy.
  • Support invoice edits and processing, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
  • Assist in credit and rebill processes as needed.
  • Use Asana to track project tasks and collaborate with team members.
  • Monitor project profitability and assist with utilization reporting.
  • Help process cross-charge services and subcontractor time entries.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Job-Specific Competencies:
  • Basic understanding of project management and billing processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with team members and follow established processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project management tools like Asana.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Finance, or equivalent years of experience.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in project management or professional services.
