Job description

WingSwept is an award-winning, employee-owned technology service provider. We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to work with our Marketing Manager to support efforts in branding, promotion, building interest, and lead generation for our various business units. This is a full-time, in office position with competitive base pay and excellent benefits, including employee stock ownership, profit sharing, and a fully-vested 401(k) with matching contributions.
The responsibilities of the position may include:
  • Learn the features and benefits for all products and services sold in each division.
  • Maintain accurate notes, calendars, tasks for internal Marketing initiatives.
  • In conjunction with our Marketing Manager, generate new sales leads across all divisions through various marketing efforts, including:
    • Email campaigns
    • Coordinated Events & Webinars
    • Social Media Management
    • Digital Content Creation
    • Coordinated drop-off campaigns (to be carried out by our sales team)
  • Take part in writing regular marketing content, to include:
    • Brochures, whitepapers, and blogs
    • Scriptwriting and project guidance for corporate videos and webinars
  • Develop and execute employer-branding campaigns, including:
    • Seeking publicity opportunities and acting as liaison with external media and advertising
    • Circulating press releases and submitting award nominations for media and community attention
    • Take employee photographs for badges and website, as well as during cultural events for employer branding purposes
  • Design email templates, brochures, landing pages, flyer, white papers, and web pages

Minimum requirements:

  • Must be able to work a full-time 40-hour work week from our office in Garner, NC

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Must be highly organized, attentive to detail, and flexible, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks
  • Must have a Team Player attitude and ability to collaborate with others

  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge, or experience in marketing automation systems and CRM platforms
