Description:

We're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Account Services Specialist to join our operations team. In this role, you'll help ensure customer accounts are accurately maintained, support account servicing activities, and provide critical support to branch and retail teams. You'll work behind the scenes to help deliver a smooth banking experience while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional service. What You'll Do

  • Support daily account servicing activities and help ensure requests are completed accurately and on time.
  • Open and maintain a variety of customer account types and related services.
  • Review account information and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Perform quality control reviews and resolve account-related discrepancies.
  • Assist with maintaining customer records and updating account information when needed.
  • Review dormant accounts and assist with required notifications and reporting.
  • Support tax reporting activities, including document preparation and record maintenance.
  • Establish and maintain specialized deposit and cash management services.
  • Process account updates, transfers, electronic banking services, and other customer requests.
  • Maintain and update customer access to banking services and account features.
  • Prepare and submit files and reports to external service providers and business partners.
  • Provide backup support for key operational functions to ensure business continuity.
  • Maintain accurate procedures and documentation for assigned responsibilities.
  • Assist with research and resolution of account exceptions and operational issues.
  • Partner with branch and customer-facing teams to deliver prompt and effective support.
