At World Wide Technology, LLC, we are seeking a driven and strategic Client Service Executive to support our Public Sector SLED Team in Florida, leading the growth and expansion of our Services business across the assigned territory. In this high-impact role, you will own the overall services strategy, building trusted relationships with clients and partners, identifying and developing new opportunities across WWT's comprehensive services portfolio, and driving pursuits from initial engagement through close. You will play a critical role in increasing revenue and profitability within your accounts and region, consistently exceeding sales targets while delivering innovative solutions that help public sector clients achieve their missions.

  • Lead the seamless transition from sales to delivery by participating in internal and customer-facing project kickoffs, clearly communicating scope, objectives, budget, and resource strategy.
  • Engage throughout the project lifecycle, supporting staffing alignment, incorporating lessons learned, ensuring client satisfaction at close out, and identifying follow-on opportunities to expand services impact.
  • Maintain active engagement in territory reviews and team meetings to track progress, refine strategy, and ensure alignment to revenue and growth targets.
