Position Overview<\/b>

We are seeking a <\/span>Treasury Manager<\/b> <\/span>to join the Finance department in a critical role responsible for overseeing cash management, forecasting, liquidity planning, foreign exchange exposure, and treasury operations. This individual will play a key role in supporting executive leadership, lenders, and the Board through accurate reporting, financial modeling, and proactive cash management strategies.

  • Own the company's 13\-week and long\-term cash flow forecasting process
    <\/li>\n
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow reports for executive leadership, lenders, and the Board
    <\/li>\n
  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve Excel\-based cash forecasting and liquidity models
    <\/li>\n
  • Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and governance of all cash reporting
    <\/li>\n
  • Analyze forecast variances and identify key cash flow drivers
    <\/li>\n
  • Manage multi\-currency cash positions and foreign exchange exposure
    <\/li>\n
  • Lead hedging activities and foreign exchange risk management
    <\/li>\n
  • Coordinate intercompany funding, settlements, and cash movements
    <\/li>\n
  • Partner with Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) teams to optimize working capital and cash conversion
    <\/li>\n
  • Manage banking relationships, debt facilities, and covenant reporting
    <\/li>\n
  • Identify process improvements and automation opportunities for treasury reporting
    <\/li>\n
  • Manage the Nilus cash flow tool and coordinate actuals and forecast updates with the team
    <\/li>\n
  • Maintain treasury policies, procedures, and internal control documentation
    <\/li>\n
  • Support internal, external, and lender audits
    <\/li>\n
  • Accounts Receivable & Collections Management:

  • Own the collections process, including aging reviews, escalations, and dispute resolution

  • Conduct credit risk assessments and manage customer credit limits using Creditsafe
    <\/li>\n
  • Provide recommendations for bad debt write\-offs and reserve requirements

  • Govern customer payment terms and collection policies

      This role has been categorized as a Remote position. "Remote" employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to OSF Digital. Employees may live anywhere in Canada, with limited exceptions. Generally, the standard base pay range for this role is CA$80,000 to $90,000 annually. This base pay range is specific to certain locations and may not be applicable to other locations.
