The Opportunity

Build the Future with Us

Play a key role in ensuring the financial health of WSP by managing a multimilliondollar accounts receivable portfolio. You will partner with clients and internal stakeholders across Canada to ensure timely payment of invoices while contributing to the strength and efficiency of our credit and collections function. 


Your Impact

You will contribute to strong financial performance and client relationships through effective collections and account management:

Follow up with clients to secure payment of outstanding invoices 

Maintain accurate and uptodate collection notes in systems 

Escalate and coordinate resolution of payment disputes with project teams 

Respond to client inquiries regarding account balances and transactions 

Reconcile accounts in collaboration with payment application teams 

Process credit card payments and manage refund requests 

Issue nonpayment notices and support escalation to collection agencies 

Contribute to reporting through participation in monthly account review meetings 


The Skills That Set You Apart

Diploma (DEC) in Finance, Administration, or Accounting 

Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts receivable collections in a corporate environment 

Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written) 

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills 

Experience working with Oracle Cloud 

Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, highvolume environment 

Knowledge of bankruptcy and insolvency processes

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level)

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $57,500 - $76,200 
MB & ON: $52,500 - $72,300 
NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $52,000 - $69,000
