I’m Caroline, a Recruitment Consultant at Fed Finance, a recruitment firm specializing in finance roles. I handle two types of placements: temporary and permanent positions on Montreal’s South Shore. I am currently seeking an Accounts Payable and Receivable Technician for my client based in Châteauguay. This is a permanent, on-site position.

Mission

- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Verify, record, and file invoices.
- Make payments to suppliers and track payments received.
- Perform account reconciliations.
- Follow up on overdue accounts.
- Respond to inquiries from customers and suppliers.
- Participate in month-end activities and prepare required reports.
- Adhere to accounting policies and procedures.

Your profile

- DEC in accounting, administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in a similar position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of accounting software or an ERP system (a plus).
- Rigorous, organized, and detail-oriented.
