Job description

Job Summary

We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our growing team! We are looking for someone with professional experience and has a driven personality to meet team and individual goals. 

Compensation 

Hourly compensation is based on experience level and proficiency. 

Hours include: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 7:00a.m. to 4:30p.m. Wednesday & Friday 8:00a.m. to 6:00p.m.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare daily deposits reconciled to reports
  • Receive and post payments to customer accounts via check/ACH/email 
  • Resolve customer requests for invoice copies and statement questions
  • Generating, verifying, and distributing accurate monthly receivable statements
  • Actively and consistently contacting customers to collect overdue bills
  • Review and analysis of other receivable schedules as assigned
  • First point of contact for Body Shop customers making appointments and picking up vehicles
  • Direct phone calls and emails related to Body Shop claims
  • Other responsibilities and tasks as assigned
  • Will work directly with the Controller with a goal of professional and personal development

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of professional experience
  • Knowledge with accounting processes and software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to improve
  • Driven personality and able to be successful in an individual and team setting
  • Ability to meet deadlines
