Ingenia Agency

Houston, TX • On-site

$116K - $149K/yr

Full-time

Posted 25 days ago

Job description

Ingenia is hiring a hands-on generalist to own the full U.S. client lifecycle from first outreach through signed contract through delivery. This person will drive new business (prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing) and then either manage the resulting project through our design/development team or execute the work directly, depending on the engagement type. This is a high-autonomy role for someone comfortable moving between strategic and tactical work in the same week.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

New Business Development

Cold outreach and prospecting to build and manage a U.S. sales pipeline

Prepare and deliver sales decks and presentations to prospective clients

Negotiate contract terms and close new business

Lead and write responses to RFPs, in partnership with internal teams as needed

Account & Project Management

Serve as primary project manager for U.S. accounts, coordinating with our design and development teams on deliverables such as websites, landing pages, and digital builds

Own timelines, scope, and quality control for assigned client accounts

Act as the main point of contact for U.S. clients throughout the engagement

Content & Retainer Execution

Support and, where needed, directly execute client retainer deliverables

Build and maintain content; review project materials for accuracy and quality before it goes to clients

Internal Initiatives

Take on internal projects as assigned by leadership

Fill functional gaps as new needs arise across the expanding business

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

A healthy, self-sourced U.S. pipeline with a track record of closed business

Client accounts delivered on time and on scope, with strong client retention

Content and project work that is accurate, on-brand, and requires minimal rework

Comfortable operating independently across sales, project management, and hands-on execution

IDEAL BACKGROUND

Experience in agency sales, account management, or client services, ideally in a marketing/digital agency setting

Strong writing skills and comfort producing content directly (not just briefing others)

Project management experience, particularly coordinating with remote or offshore delivery teams

Comfortable with ambiguity and context-switching between strategic and tactical work

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus
