Hunton Services is seeking a motivated and solutions-oriented Project Manager to join our Special Projects division, supporting HVAC mechanical projects for industrial clients. In this role, you'll oversee the entire project lifecycle - from initiation through close-out - ensuring successful delivery of complex industrial HVAC and cooling solutions. What You'll Do
  • Manage HVAC mechanical projects from start to finish for industrial customers, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Develop detailed project schedules and track progress, proactively addressing any delays or issues.
  • Conduct forecasting and budget tracking to maintain financial performance and identify potential risks.
  • Monitor changes in scope and timelines, ensuring appropriate documentation and communication with all stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Maintain clear, consistent communication with field personnel to align execution with project objectives.
  • Lead project close-out activities, including warranty documentation and final reporting.
