Your Tasks:

  • Lead projects and drive technical execution at key accounts
  • Analyze customer needs and define technical and process requirements
  • Collaborate closely with customers and internal teams across DELO's global network (Germany and subsidiaries)
  • Develop deep application-specific process expertise and support contract manufacturers in process implementation
  • Coordinate cross-region teams to ensure project success
  • Monitor and scout technical trends relevant to your key accounts, exchange insights with industry experts
  • Provide regular feedback and collaborate with the Global Key Account Manager

Your Skills:

  • You are located in the Greater San Jose Area (CA)

  • Degree in Materials Engineering/Science, Plastics Engineering, Polymer Science, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Physics, Applied Chemistry, or related technical fields. (Bachelor's required, Master welcome)

  • At least 3 years of experience in a technical corporate environment - preferably as Sales or Application Engineer in the adhesive sector or similar industries such as surface treatment, consumer electronics, Semiconductor industry

  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems

  • Prior expertise in adhesives is not required as you will get intensive and exciting training in Germany

  • Willingness to travel
