Job Summary:
The Project Coordinator supports the successful execution of customer projects by assisting the Project Manager with scheduling, internal coordination, documentation, and ERP updates. This role ensures project details are organized, accurate, and progressing according to plan.

This position plays a key role in maintaining communication flow between teams and helping keep projects on schedule within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update project information in the ERP system, including schedules, order details, and status updates

  • Track fabrication, shipping, and installation timelines and monitor milestone deadlines

  • Follow up with internal departments on open action items to help keep projects on schedule

  • Support the Project Manager in preparing and coordinating customer status updates and ensuring timely responses to open items

  • Schedule and document internal and customer meetings as directed

  • Assist with documentation flow, including drawings, change notices, approvals, and installation readiness materials

  • Proactively identify and flag delays, risks, or gaps in project information to the Project Manager

Knowledge/Experience Required:

  • 1–4 years of experience in project coordination, manufacturing, construction, or operations support

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel or other spreadsheet tools

  • Experience working with ERP or project tracking systems preferred

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a structured, deadline-driven environment
