Senior Manager of Accounts Payable

  • Lead all Accounts Payable functions, including vendor payments, employee expenses, reconciliations, and 1099 reporting.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce AP policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Manage vendor relationships, escalations, reconciliations, and dispute resolution.
  • Oversee AP reporting, process improvements, and system enhancement initiatives.
  • Lead audits, GL reconciliations, testing activities, and compliance efforts.
  • Hire, develop, and manage Accounts Payable leadership and team members.

Qualifications for the Senior Manager of Accounts Payable:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience leading an Accounts Payable department within a large organization
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
  • Experience analyzing large datasets and improving financial processes; Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations experience preferred
