Summary/Objective:
The Account Manager plays a pivotal role in our sales department, responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with our valued clients. This role involves managing a portfolio of accounts, understanding client needs, and proactively promoting our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and client relations skills, a deep understanding of our offerings, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client satisfaction.
Essential Functions:
1. Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients. - Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and escalations.
- Regularly engage with clients to assess their needs, provide support, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Ensure clients receive a high level of service and support to enhance their overall experience.
2. Inside Sales:
- Identify potential sales opportunities during customer interactions.
- Promote and upsell products and services to existing clients.
- Generate and maintain leads through outbound calls and emails.
