About the Role: This role focuses on driving sales in commercial roofing repairs, maintenance, and reroof projects within a two-hour radius of Raleigh. If you're experienced in commercial roofing sales - or you've got solid roofing experience and are ready to transition into a sales/account management role - we want to hear from you!

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment and is passionate about building relationships and delivering top-notch solutions.

What You'll Get:

  • A competitive compensation package: base pay + uncapped commission + profit sharing
  • Unlimited PTO, paid holidays, and true work/life balance
  • Comprehensive benefits: low-cost medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Company-paid life insurance
  • A 401(k) with company match to help plan your future
  • Room to grow-our company's on the rise, and so are the opportunities

What You'll Do:

  • Identify and pursue new reroof and repair opportunities through cold calls, networking, and referrals
  • Inspect commercial roofs for leaks and maintenance
  • Communicate the value of Highland's services to prospective clients
  • Build lasting client relationships, provide expert roofing guidance, and tailor solutions to fit their needs
  • Partner with our service team to ensure jobs are scheduled and completed to customer satisfaction
  • Perform leak inspections and deliver timely, accurate repair proposals
  • Collaborate with estimating and production teams to present roof replacement options to clients

What You Bring:

  • Experience in commercial roofing sales is a strong plus
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A self-starter mentality with the drive to exceed goals
  • A team-first attitude and eagerness to grow with us

Who We Are: For over 20 years, Highland Roofing has proudly served the Carolinas with dependable, high-quality commercial roofing services. With offices in Wilmington, Charlotte, and Garner, NC, we're proud to have been named one of NC Business Magazine's Best Employers three years running.
