About the team:
The Strategic Account Management team builds strong partnerships between Supplier and Merchandising teams to optimize the use of Customer First Data Powered by Scintilla. This team drives strategic decisions through stakeholder engagement, data modeling, and relationship management. Members collaborate to identify opportunities, develop business cases, and support account planning and forecasting. Emphasizing clear communication, negotiation, and continuous improvement, the team delivers measurable results aligned with business goals. By leveraging insights and maintaining operational standards, the team plays a vital role in enhancing customer and business outcomes while upholding company values.

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Analyze costs, forecasts, and market trends to inform revenue forecasting and business planning.
