Position Overview:

The Account Manager (AM) is responsible for managing and supporting relationships with new and existing business partners. This role focuses on maintaining strong partner engagement, ensuring smooth onboarding and transition experience, and supporting ongoing account growth through consistent communication and service. The Account Manager identifies incremental upsell opportunities, shares relevant product and market insights, and provides dependable day-to-day support to help partners maximize value while fostering positive, long-term relationships

Job Duties:

  • Support the transition and ongoing management of assigned Tier 1 and performing partner accounts to encourage continued engagement and growth.
  • Establish and maintain a regular check-in cadence with newly assigned partners, serving as the primary point of contact for day-to-day support.
  • Monitor partner performance metrics to identify opportunities for incremental growth and potential upsell initiatives.
  • Collaborate with partners to provide responsive support and uncover opportunities for mutual benefit.
  • Stay informed on market trends and product updates, sharing relevant insights and recommendations with partners as appropriate.
  • Build and maintain positive, service-oriented relationships to ensure partners feel supported and valued.
  • Communicate new features, product enhancements, and updates to partners to promote awareness and adoption
  • Support additional ad hoc initiatives as assigned by the VP of Strategic Partnerships.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales or account management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and implement strategies for improved outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a passion for working with people and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Understanding of the sales and post-sale lifecycle, with the ability to support partners beyond initial onboarding.
  • In-depth understanding of the company’s products or services, with the ability to identify opportunities and guide partners effectively.
  • Self-driven and capable of working independently, focused on achieving individual, results-oriented goals.
