Job Summary

The Launch Account Manager – Developing Markets is responsible for managing property launches, coordinating project implementation, and serving as the primary liaison between the company and property stakeholders during the launch and installation process. The role ensures projects are completed on schedule, provides exceptional customer service, coordinates operational activities, and supports a seamless transition to ongoing account management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and assigned properties during project launches.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with property stakeholders regarding project status.
  • Attend onsite meetings, town halls, board meetings, and community events.
  • Coordinate launch activities for existing and new construction communities.
  • Work with operational teams to arrange staffing, equipment, facilities, and project resources.
  • Coordinate customer onboarding, community sign-up events, and installation activities.
  • Manage contract deliverables, common-area installations, and project milestones.
  • Handle escalated customer issues, service concerns, and damage claims.
  • Coordinate marketing materials and community communications.
  • Respond to customer inquiries through web and social media channels.
  • Maintain project documentation and update community web portals when applicable.
  • Introduce operational Account Managers during project handoff.
  • Exercise independent judgment to ensure successful project execution.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of telecommunications industry experience.
  • Account management experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of cable and telecommunications products and services is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
