Account Manager, Client Services / Recruiting Support - Staffing Industry

Our client is seeking an Account Manager to partner closely with senior leadership (working day-to-day with the owner) to strengthen client relationships, drive a high-touch interview process, and ensure fast, proactive communication across searches. This person will help manage "overflow" on client services and may also support light account development.

Client & Candidate Process Management
  • Serve as a primary point of contact to support clients throughout the interview process.
  • Gather, track, and synthesize interview feedback quicklyespecially when leadership is in back-to-back meetings.
  • Keep searches moving by coordinating next steps, follow-ups, and communication cadence with professionalism and urgency.
Internal Partnering
  • Operate as the owner's right handanticipate needs, stay organized across multiple active priorities, and ensure nothing stalls.
  • Help extend and activate the existing client network including outreach and relationship follow-up.
  • Light Outbound Business Development (as needed)
  • Support some outbound business development activity (warm outreach, relationship reactivation, selective prospecting).
What You Need:
  • Not afraid to pick up the phone and drive outcomes through direct communication.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal); able to be warm, polished, and highly professional.
  • Work ethic and follow-throughreliable, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment.
  • Experience in client-facing roles where speed, precision, and relationship management matter (professional services, recruiting coordination, account management, etc.).
