Account Manager - Manufacturing

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison between our manufacturing operation and customers. This role is responsible for managing key accounts, ensuring smooth order execution, maintaining strong customer relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:

Account Management & Customer Relations:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Understand customer needs, product requirements, and business cycles.
  • Conduct account reviews and identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage escalations and coordinate internal responses.

Order & Project Coordination:
  • Oversee order status updates and customer communication.
  • Communicate lead times, pricing, and delivery schedules accurately.
  • Coordinate with production planning, engineering, and quality teams.
  • Track open orders, backlogs, and delivery performance.
  • Support new product introductions and engineering changes.

Commercial & Strategic Support:
  • Prepare quotes, pricing updates, and contract renewals.
  • Monitor account performance, sales trends, and margins.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Support forecasting and demand planning activities.
  • Participate in customer meetings, audits, and business reviews.

Quality & Issue Resolution:
