Job description

Account Executive, Southeast
The Account Executive will be responsible for developing new pro-channel and wholesale business while growing and maintaining current accounts by selling BR, selling in initiatives, executing joint business plans, promoting education and hosting events within their region. The AE will build and cultivate strong client relationships while providing exceptional customer service.
This is a remote-based full-time field position based in the Southeast Region (preferably in larger Miami area).
RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales and Profitability
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual targeted sales goals as well as new product launch sales goals.
  • Prospect and grow new business development opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Elevate our brand by ensuring compliance with all spas with merchandising, promotional, online and communication guidelines.
  • Develop and execute Joint Business Plans with key accounts, including sales targets, education cadence, retail strategy, and marketing initiatives.
  • Consult, recommend, and sell BR products at events and train on product knowledge.
  • Manage and stay within budget for gratis, T amp; E and Events.
Client Relationship Building
  • Develop onboard and manage new and existing business and services within accounts, including day spas, medspas and hotel partners.
  • Cultivate and build excellent relationships with accounts with a high touch, client focus on service.
  • Ensure to follow route planning to conduct daily calls, video meetings, and in person visits to uphold brand standards and guidelines and manage business.
  • In conjunction with the Education department, ensure education training plans are in place for accounts.
  • Ensure all teams are properly trained and aligned with brand treatment protocols and retail best practices.
  • Contribute to the organization and participate in Seminars and Workshops.
  • Answer customer questions and resolve concerns and issues professionally and in a timely manner.
  • Possess an in-depth knowledge of the Brand’s product offerings / understand the features and benefits of each product in line.
  • Overcome technical and business objections of current and prospective customers.
  • Stay up to date on brand/product adjacencies amp; trends within the market, with an understanding of other existing product lines within current, new and prospective accounts. Strong ability to suggest comparable products and alternatives to gain market share.
  • Organize client events in collaboration with the marketing department and provide on-site support.
Sales Administration
  • Manage administrative work and reporting within the department and for assigned accounts.
  • Write and input sales orders as needed.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales and prospecting activities and ensure Salesforce is updated at all times.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of wholesale/B2B experience within the beauty and skincare industry or luxury environment.
  • Proven track record in Prospecting new business required
  • Field based role must be willing to travel up to 30% overnight and work weekends as needed.
  • Active Driver’s License with an ability to travel and commute as needed
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on client relations and customer service, with a proven track record of creating and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), including the ability to present to stakeholders and create concise and compelling content.
  • Strong strategic planning and organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Knowledge of the beauty industry and trends; maintaining research and knowledge on current events, publications, and trainings.
  • Prior experience and proficiency in various computer programs, and applications, including the Microsoft Suite, and Salesforce; strong skills in Power Point and Excel.
