Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Principal Consultant to join a leading global strategic AI and data transformation firm. In this client-facing leadership role, you will drive strategic growth, account development, and long-term value across key enterprise client accounts.

This position combines deep domain expertise, advanced analytics, and data engineering knowledge with strong consultative selling capabilities. You will act as a trusted advisor, partnering with C-suite and senior client stakeholders to solve complex business problems, shape transformation agendas, and unlock measurable impact through AI and data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Growth & Leadership: Strategically drive growth within enterprise accounts in close synergy with internal consulting and capability teams. Own client relationships, pipeline strategy, and margin targets.
  • Strategic Advisory: Position enterprise AI and analytics solutions to address complex business needs, establishing yourself as a trusted long-term advisor to senior client executives.
  • Consultative Selling & Business Development: Leverage deep industry and technology knowledge to proactively lead pre-sales initiatives, consultative workshops, cross-functional engagements, and sales campaigns.
  • Ecosystem Collaboration: Partner with external technology partners and hyperscalers to drive joint Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies.

Qualifications & Mandatory Requirements
  • Experience: 10 to 18 years of total experience, with 15+ years of deep enterprise Data Engineering and Advanced Analytics industry experience preferred.
  • Domain Expertise: Strong background in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Retail, Life Sciences, or adjacent enterprise domain environments.
  • Commercial Acumen: Proven track record and ambition in driving enterprise client relationships, account development, pre-sales, and revenue growth.
  • Communication: Exceptional oral, written, and executive-level presentation skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong ability to think critically on your feet and bridges gaps between business stakeholders and technical/analytical teams.
