GP Strategies is seeking a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business growth and expand strategic relationships across key industry sectors. This role is responsible for identifying opportunities, developing executive-level relationships, and positioning GP Strategies' learning, talent, and workforce transformation solutions with enterprise customers.
This is a consultative sales role for someone who thrives in complex environments and enjoys solving business challenges. You'll lead the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, partnering with internal experts to develop solutions that create measurable value for clients.
What You'll Do
  • Identify, qualify, and close new enterprise business opportunities across targeted industries
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and strategic channel partner relationships
  • Own the full sales cycle, from initial discovery through proposal development, negotiation, and contract execution
  • Build trusted relationships with executive and C-suite stakeholders across client organizations
  • Conduct consultative discovery conversations to understand business challenges and identify opportunities for performance improvement and transformation
