Description
The Account Executive's primary objective is to support its clients and healthcare provider services coordination and practices. This will be accomplished by collaborating with discharge planners, case managers, clients, referral sources, professional resources, and families at designated facilities or home within an assigned territory to coordinate the initiation of appropriate health care services. This position is responsible for overseeing the quality of care as patients transition through the healthcare system. The Account Executive is responsible for establishing and developing new community and provider relationships and ensuring current relationships remain strong. This position provides continued support to Bedrock's customers, including medical practices and their providers, senior living communities, acute care hospitals, and post-acute care centers.
Essential Functions:
• Works closely with the Director of Operations/Business Operation Manager in the development and execution of the weekly outreach plan and outside community involvement.
• Develops relationships with professional referral sources and introduces provider services to the industry. (i.e. physicians, hospitals, senior centers, SNF's, etc.)
• Successfully meets weekly goals of referral outreach.
• Identify healthcare entities and practices that would benefit from enrolling in
Bedrock's services.
• Develop relationships in accordance with Bedrock's core values with referral sources, physicians, and other health care professionals.
• Identify new partner opportunities as well as trends to support business and revenue growth.
• Plan and organize marketing meetings/events and continuing educational seminars with professional partners.
• Demonstrates a strong knowledge of personalized and individualized sales strategy and implementation.
• Initiates and completes acquisition of lead/pipeline/caseload and conducts thorough home care assessment protocol and documentation adherence.
• Maintains best placement practices and successful placement of clients into the facility.
• Strong integration of referrals into our established continuum through telehealth, therapy, EP, life skills management, pharmacy, med management, etc.
• Facilitates agency networking events to promote home care services and the company brand.
• Shares sales discovery with the care team during conference meetings.
• Maintains a strong market understanding to obtain current knowledge of key competitor pricing, strengths, and weaknesses.
• Maintains a detailed, manual tracking system on all prospects and referrals.
Non-Essential Functions:
  • Attends all required training, in-service, and staff meetings.
  • Maintains confidentiality of business policies & procedures, clients, and prospective clients' information.
  • Strives to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, the preservation of equipment, and the achievement of safe working practices.
  • Maintains a positive and professional demeanor toward clients, visitors, families, and co-workers.
  • Adheres to all policies and procedures of Bedrock at Home.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Education bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 2 years of healthcare sales
